Q: What does the CAMAF Lifestyle Programme entail and what is the purpose of this benefit?
A: The CAMAF Lifestyle Programme offers you a new member benefit to help you live a healthier, more fun-filled and balanced life. You have access to a network of health professionals (including registered nursing practitioners/clinic sisters, biokineticists and dieticians) who are able to provide expert guidance and support to help you reach your health goals.
Q: How often can I go for a FREE Comprehensive Health Assessment or Health and Fitness Assessment?
A: CAMAF members are eligible for one FREE Comprehensive Health Assessment at a Clicks or Dischem Clinic or Health and Fitness Assessment at a registered biokineticist, annually. You can go to a Clicks, Dis-Chem or Pick n Pay Clinic monthly for FREE follow-up on basic measurements such as weight, height, waist circumference and blood pressure. This info gets updated automatically on your health profile in your online CAMAF LifeZone.
Q: I want to do my Clicks, Dischem or Pick n Pay Comprehensive Health Assessment, where do I find a list of Clicks, Dischem or Pick n Pay pharmacies?
A: Either call the CAMAF Lifestyle Team on 0860 100 545 or view the list of Clicks, Dis-Chem or Pick n Pay Clinic*.
* Making an appointment for a Clicks, Dischem or Pick n Pay Comprehensive Assessment is not essential but is ideal to prevent waiting in a queue. Make sure you take your ID document, driver’s licence or passport with you to your assessment.
Q: How do I arrange a Fitness Assessment and what does it involve?
A: A Fitness Assessment is done at a registered Biokineticist at a network point: this entails taking your measurements; doing a fitness test (where you will step up and down and sweat a bit!) and answering a detailed health questionnaire which will provide you with a detailed health report and guidance as well as an exercise and nutrition programme.
Making an appointment is essential and you can contact the CAMAF Lifestyle Team to obtain the contact details of a Biokineticist in your area.
Make sure you take your ID document, drivers licence (or Passport) with you to your assessment.
Q: How often am I able to check my Basic Measurements at a Clicks, Dischem or Pick n Pay Clinic? (FREE)
A: Once you have completed a Fitness Assessment or Comprehensive Assessment, you willl be able to have FREE basic measurements taken at a Clicks, Dischem or Pick n Pay Clinic once a month. You can go for 11 FREE basic measurements per year.

Q: What is my CAMAF LifeZone?
A: The CAMAF LifeZone is your personal online health folder where all your health information (from Clicks or Dischem Clinic and Biokineticist) gets stored and it offers you a convenient tool for tracking your health and fitness progress. As a CAMAF member you can access your LifeZone anytime – all you need is a computer and internet access.
