You can go to a Clicks, Dis-Chem or Pick n Pay Clinic monthly for FREE follow-up on basic measurements such as weight, height, waist circumference and blood pressure. A: A Fitness Assessment is done at a registered Biokineticist at a network point: this entails taking your measurements; doing a fitness test (where you will step up and down and sweat a bit!) and answering a detailed health questionnaire which will provide you with a detailed health report and guidance as well as an exercise and nutrition programme.
Making an appointment is essential and you can contact the CAMAF Lifestyle Team to obtain the contact details of a Biokineticist in your area.
