The CAMAF Wellness Programme is an exciting individual lifestyle and wellness programme aimed at helping you achieve a healthy, fun-filled and balanced lifestyle. This wonderful member benefit is available to you and is free to all adult CAMAF members!

How does it work?

CAMAF Wellness Programme has partnered with a leading health management company, and aims to provide you with easy, fun and motivating ways to enjoy a healthier lifestyle…starting with just three individual steps:

Step 1

• Visit your nearest Clicks, Dis-Chem or Pick n Pay Clinic for a Comprehensive Health Assessment

OR

• Make an appointment with a registered biokineticist to do a Health and Fitness Assessment

You’ll receive a full check-up, fitness test including glucose and cholesterol and walk away with a meal and exercise programme, health reports and shopping list.

• You also get FREE monthly follow-up measurements, such as weight, waist circumference and blood pressure at any Clicks, Dis-Chem or Pick n Pay Clinic.

Step 2
Track your health & fitness progress online in your LifeZone, your personal online health folder.

You have FREE access to your own personal online health folder called LifeZone. You can access it anytime, anywhere. LifeZone offers you all the tools you need to improve your diet and stick to it, as well as exercise and lifestyle habits. In turn, tracking your progress will help you reach your health and fitness goals faster. Your assessment results will also automatically upload to your LifeZone portal.

To activate your online LifeZone benefit, you will need to register. Go to ‘member login’ and select ‘LifeZone’ CAMAF Lifestyle Programme. Here you can view, track and monitor your progress.

Step 3

The GoZone pedometer - a step in the right direction - exclusively available to Reality Health members.

As an additional benefit, Reality Health members can now purchase the GoZone pedometer at a once-off discount price of just R199. This smart, healthy lifestyle gadget makes every step count! It tracks your daily activity, helps you set fitness goals and invites you to step up to the GoZone challenges. The GoZone is a fun, easy and effective way to stay fit and motivated.
