Wellness is not just the absence of disease. Although we would all like to constantly improve our health we don’t always listen to our bodies or do what we know is right for us.

CAMAF has approached wellness in a unique two pronged way – PREVENTION and MANAGEMENT of disease. By partnering with relevant stakeholders, CAMAF believes that your quality of life can be improved.

PREVENTATIVE WELLNESS COVER is included in the standard benefits and CAMAF has enhanced this element of cover with the CAMAF Lifestyle Programme, which is available to all members and adult beneficiaries.

MANAGEMENT OF DISEASE

Should you already have been diagnosed with a health problem you can receive personalised care and attention, enabling you to be more productive and to live a richer, more fulfilling life by registering with any of the programme listed below. 

The success of the programmes offered by CAMAF focuses on identifying areas where you are at risk. The requirements for achieving success in managing these risk areas are:

  • Identifying clinical risk factors that will impact on your quality of life and how to approach and deal with them
  • Willingness to accept your situation/ condition and allowing us to partner with you in a solution
  • Partnering with your health care providers
  • Identifying financial risk factors that may impact on your financial stability and / or the Scheme
